EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUS ($12)

All orders are picked, packed & sent within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be sent the following business day. Express post will range from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please see the Aus post website for further details.

 

REGULAR SHIPPING WITHIN AUS ($8)

All orders are picked, packed & sent within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be sent the following business day. Free shipping does not apply to NZ addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

At Moskito Blue we strive to provide amazing quality products that leave our customers feeling beautiful & satisfied. We do however understand that it may not always be right, and online shopping can sometimes prove tricky. Therefore within 21 days of purchase we can provide you with a full refund (minus freight costs) to your original payment method, or we can credit you to spend another time. Please read on for all return information.

Please note - Items marked SALE in our final sale section ARE NOT eligible for return or credit. Full priced items on promotional sales are still eligible for returns.

All returns will need to be lodged on our quick and easy returns portal prior to returning to us.. please read through the terms & conditions below.

 

Before returning an item please ensure that the following criteria has been met:

  • Your item/s being returned are in original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
  • You are returning within 21 days of original purchase date
  • Your item/s are not from our final sale section

 

If all of the criteria above has been met, please proceed with your return via our online returns portal by clicking here.

Please have your return posted or dropped into our local return drop box within 3 business days of lodging.

Please note - If you are after an exchange on size, please select refund at the checkout & purchase the correct size that you are after. This ensures that your size won’t sell out while your return is in transit to us.
